Situated just one block away from 14th Street, this apartment offers an unbeatable location. You will be in close proximity to the finest restaurants, bars, and grocery stores, including a Trader Joe's, and just four blocks away from the famous Logan Circle park.
The space is a brownstone with two private residences. There is an A and a B residence. This listing is for the B residence, which is a 650 sqft one bedroom apartment with a private living room, kitchen, bedroom, bath, and washer/dryer.
Guests have access to their entire unit and the owners will only come when asked. There is a small backyard, but that is reserved for the upper unit. There is also a front garden that is not for sitting.
Guests will be given space and owners will only interact as necessary.
The neighborhood is exactly what someone looking to spend time in DC would want. This is the most happening and exciting neighborhood in DC. This residence is one block from the center of the neighborhood giving you premiere walking access to everything. The area has some of the best restaurants in the city including: Le Diplomate, Barcelona Bar, Estadio, and Dacha Beer Garden. It has brand new shows including Lululemon, Parachute, and Filson. There are also many grocery stores including: Trader Joes, Whole Foods, and Yes Organic. The residence is also just four blocks from Logan Circle Park.
There is also easy walking access to Dupont Circle (another fun and energetic neighborhood with more restaurants and bars). In addition to all the fun within walking distance, there is easy access to the rest of DC via metro or bus from the U Street Metro center.

1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide a high chair and an additional Pack and Play in addition to the crib already provided. An additional Pack and Play must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
7) There is a 240-volt electric vehicle charging station on site which can be reserved in advance. Guests must bring their own charger. Please inquire about reserving this charging station.View More

I love this neighborhood and I’m so glad I got to stay in this space. Sojourn always takes care of us and their properties and I’m even consider using them from my properties in the future. The space always matches the description and is elevated with exactly what you need. This specific home is walkable to anything on 14th St. but still far enough away where you feel the peace in the morning. You can sleep in with the dark shades or you can pull them up and let the sun in and enjoy the backyard. The kitchen has everything you need and we even made an awesome Thanksgiving dinner there. The Coffee Bar around the corner is an amazing local cheap place to get coffee within walking distance. Definitely recommend!Show more Numar Alfonso

Durante toda mi estadía la llave de la ducha no funcionó. Se comprometieron a repararla pero la reparación no se dió.Show more The apartment was nice, but the experience was overshadowed by active rat infestation in front yard (and bugs in the apartment). PM claimed they “were doing everything we can”, but no traps, bait boxes not refilled, etc and saw rats regularly. What made it really bad is that there were many holes around the path to the stairs down to the apartment and it was poorly lit, so I just had to hope none would pop up and scurry around when entering the apartment. Rats are a problem in cities, but as a landlord and occasional Airbnb host, I would never rent an apartment to someone with an infestation like this. It’s not just stressful, it’s unsafe and unsanitary— rat poop was everywhere. One of few properties around w evidence of holes, underscoring that it’s a matter of lax maintenance. Really unhappy with the experience and one of my only negative reviews ever. I paid a lot to stay there. How much do they charge the rats?Show more
