A fully furnished 1 bedroom on the third floor of a classic Victorian era DuPont Circle building. The home is fully appointed for seamless stay with a private entrance king size bed, a fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, central heating and air and has excellent light from the front facing windows. Hardwood floors give the feel of the authenticity of Dupont Circle.

1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.

5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.View More

Great value for the location and space in DC. Most responsive host we have ever encountered - 5 min on a Sunday morning at 7am! Bigger than a hotel room, less expensive, perfect little kitchen and near everthing (DuPont Circle) including the Metra. Obviously professional management and very well done at that! What I loved:
This was a good apartment for my DC trip. The bed was very comfortable, the living room area gets lots of natural light (so many DC apartments are basements, so it's nice to be on the 3rd floor!). The internet worked well.
The apartment is conveniently located in Dupont circle, a walkable, leafy neighborhood, with plenty of local cafes, restaurants and a nearby pharmacy. One small note is that the nearest grocery store of any size is 15 min walk from the building.
What I didn't love:
There was a lot of outside noise like sirens, helicopters, street cleaners during my stay (although this seems to be a feature of Dupont Circle, not this specific block), and the hallways of the building smelled strongly of weed when I checked in.Show more Deborah
