Welcome to Sojourn's 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom art gallery home which features open spaces with high ceilings, minimalist walls, and large windows for natural light. The bedrooms feature a queen sized bed on the first floor and a king size bed on the third floor.
The space
This stunning 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is designed to be a contemporary art gallery, creating an inviting and sophisticated atmosphere. Upon entering, you are greeted by an expansive open floor plan that emphasizes light and space. High ceilings and large windows flood the area with natural light, while polished hardwood floors provide a sleek, modern foundation. The main living area on the second floor serves as a versatile exhibition space, showcasing a curated selection of artwork against minimalist white walls.
Each bedroom is designed as a tranquil retreat, reflecting the clean lines and serene aesthetics of an art studio. The primary suite on the third floor features ample space, creating a unique sanctuary that inspires relaxation and creativity. The en-suite bathroom feature a tub, shower arm, cabinet space, and Sojourn's select Lather products.
The first floor bedroom can serve as a guest room with a dedicated workspace across from the sliding doors, with large windows offering views of the outdoors. Neutral tones and minimalist décor promote a calming environment, making it easy to unwind after a busy day.
The bathrooms continue the gallery theme with a glass-enclosed shower, combining modern functionality with artistic flair. Each bathroom features elegant fixtures and thoughtfully chosen materials. Guest access
You will have a physical key to enter the home. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. No request is too big or too small for our team and we strive to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Don't hesitate to ask.
Other things to note
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) Your small dogs and cats under 35 lbs are welcome in this home. The pet fee is a one time, non-refundable fee of $500 per pet.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire in advance about parking. Please note that neither Sojourn nor the property owner shall be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to the vehicle or any personal property therein, nor for any injury to the driver, passengers, or any other person, arising out of or in connection with the use of the parking space. Any use of the parking space is at the sole risk of the vehicle owner or driver. Neither Sojourn nor the owner guarantee the safety or security of any vehicle parked in the parking space and disclaims any responsibility for any acts of theft, vandalism, or other criminal activity.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.View More
Amenities
My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving weekend and it was an absolutely magical place to spend the holiday. DC is beautiful in the fall, and this location could not have been more perfect. It is surrounded by wonderful restaurants. Bistrot du Coin is my husband and my personal favorite and it was such a treat that it was only steps away. However, what stood out the most was the Sojourn staff. They were incredibly friendly and responsive. We were traveling with an infant and were scheduled to arrive earlier than expected with the little one we needed a place to land as soon as possible and Sojourn was kind and flexible enough to allow us to do so. The coffee maker did not work but once requested, it was replaced immediately. Their maintenance staff was kind and friendly, it felt like we were taken care of by family. Next time we travel to DC we will definitely book again. This AirBnB is objectively beautiful. It’s a spacious, well designed townhouse. The unit is very grand and luxurious. The beds were comfy, the views were charming, location ideal. My primary gripe with this unit was the host’s demand for more money. There is a strict 0% refund for cancellations and they were unwilling to accommodate to my cancellation request. Secondly, they charged me for two towels that got dirty. Thirdly, there was no street parking and they wanted to charge me for a spot that was a 10 minute way away. While the unit was spotless and beautiful, I would only book if you are 100% committed to arriving (in sickness or in health) and tolerant of hidden fees. Mario Antonio

Excelente ubicación, muy cómodo y todo el
Lugar y su equipamiento está excelentes condiciones y de muy buena calidad. This Washington, DC townhome was absolutely stunning. The space was huge – truly tons of room to spread out, which made it feel more like a private estate than a typical rental. The classical decor and beautiful art pieces added such an elegant touch, making every room feel both sophisticated and welcoming. Situated in a fantastic area, we had easy access to all the sights while enjoying the charm of a classic DC neighborhood. The hosts were fantastic – responsive, thoughtful, and clearly dedicated to making our stay perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay in DC!
