1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.

What an amazing space! Clean and exactly as pictured. Area is family friendly yet close to everything you need in DC and within walking distance of many amenities, such as restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy, and attractions. Great area and residence - would be glad to stay there again!Show more Absolutely horrible. The heat didn’t work properly. I had to call and reset everything myself after a full day of absolutely no heat. I payed for 5 full days and had to check out early because of their “check out policy”. Make sure you read the fine print, that’s how they get you. The back “yard” had patio stones missing or decaying. It was super loud. You could hear the people upstairs every time they moved so it made it hard to sleep. The hot water didn’t work properly at all. I had to take an ice cold shower at least 3 times. I called about it and no one ever called me back. The washer didn’t work well. AND THERE IS NO PARKING WITH THEM. It is a lie. They do not offer parking at all. The closest parking is at the DuPont circle hotel which is $55.00 a night. I talked with both the manger and company’s owner of sojern and they are both very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I reported them to the BBB, and had to fill out forms on them. DO NOT STAY WITH THEM ON ANY PROPERTY.Show more
