Sojourn enforces a strict zero tolerance on smoking of any kind in our homes, including e cigarettes. A $500 charge will be added to your credit card in the event of any smoking to include the use of marijuana and e cigarettes. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices. Your privacy is safe, however noise levels exceeding normal acceptable levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. No pets as guests or visitors are allowed.
Dupont Circle stands out as a cosmopolitan jewel in DC’s distinctive collection of neighborhoods. With a famous traffic circle and fountain at its center, the Dupont Circle neighborhood has been a vital DC community since the late 19th century, and continues to be a hot spot for residents and visitors of all ages. Getting there is easy. Take the Metro to the Red Line stop, ride the Dupont Circle-Georgetown-Rosslyn DC Circulator bus route, use Capital Bikeshare or walk.
The apartment is surrounded by streets bustling with shops, restaurants, interesting architecture, historic sites and other points of interest in every direction and is a walker’s paradise with a rating of 99/100. It is also a bike rider’s paradise with a rating of 98/100, a Capital Bike Share Rental Station one block away and numerous other vendors that provide curbside bicycle and electric scooter rentals with phone app GPS locators. DC has over 28 miles of public roadway bike lanes and the neighborhood is connected to a system of more than 200 miles of paved bike and jogger paths. DC has an excellent urban public transportation system that is rated 91/100 and includes buses, subway and street trolley. Access to a major bus line artery is one block away and the nearest subway station is two blocks away from the apartment. In addition, taxi, Uber and Lyft services make it easy to tour the City and conduct business without using your car.

1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. This homes parking is $35 per night. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.View More

I felt like an instant local by staying here. The Trader Joes is one block away. . . great when you need cereal for the kids, cream for your coffee, etc. The drug store is one block away. The ice cream place is one block away. Historic Ben's restaurant-one block. . . etc. And yet, because the building is set back from a residential street with a lawn and trees, it is relatively quiet and relaxed. Off street parking too! I was thrilled to spend a week here.
