Living at my place puts you right in the middle of everything this lively Northwest Quadrant neighborhood has to offer. While you have everything you need right at home, Dupont Circles central location puts you just steps from everything this amazing city has to offer.
To the Northeast are the Adams Morgan and U street corridor nightlife. To the Southeast, downtown DC. Head west and you're in historic Georgetown. Theres something to do in every direction when you live in a Dupont Circle Apartment!
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
6) This Sojourn home is equipped with a kitchenette with dishes (Cups, plates, utensils) and a microwave. If you would like a coffee maker or a toaster, please request these items after you've confirmed your reservation and before you check-in.
7) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.View More
Amenities
We had a long 1-month stay, and enjoyed Dupont's place. It's a fairly small studio, but well equipped and convenient for 2 persons. It was extremely clean, and the host was very responsive.
The only reason we held off the fifth star: after a few nights of staying there, we felt bitten by bugs all over our bodies. We got suspicious to bugs in our bed, and asked the host if they can change our bed sheets. Their reply was this: "we'll need to have Pest Control come out to inspect the property before we can change your bed sheets. This inspection will cost $100. Additionally, there will be a $20 charge for the extra linens you requested. Once Pest Control has completed their check, we can provide the new linens."
It felt odd that we had to pay $120 just because we were asking for a fresh set of linens. We ended up canceling our request since we realized we had been getting bitten by DC mosquitos, but this was not the best way of handling the situation by the host.Show more Great and responsive host.
