A fully furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath. This home comes outfitted with one King and two twin beds. We are happy to set up the two twin beds as one bed with a full 2 days notice. This community is conveniently located in the Courthouse neighborhood, just one block from the Courthouse metro station and on the edge of the Clarendon neighborhood. Great restaurants, shopping and a weekly farmer's market are just a few of the amenities this neighborhood has to offer. We offer one-, two- and three-bedroom units as well as studio apartments. Our newly modernized furnished units are designed specifically for the traveler who wants the comfort of home while visiting the DC metro area. The local design experts assisted in the choice of furniture, fixtures, household goods, colors, and artwork. With amenity packages that are truly industry leading, you can make yourself feel at home in both our furnished and unfurnished units. Other things to note
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ...
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
7) Bike storage lockers are available for a minimum of $10 per 30 days.

Amenities
Great location and amazing amenities!Show more This would normally be a great apartment to stay in but there was major construction going directly around the unit. This created a bad smell, noise during day, and made the deck completely dirty and unusable (looked like a blast zone outside). That said, Sojourn was very understanding and made our stay best as possible. I just wouldn’t recommend to stay here until the construction has passed. So would check on that before booking.

Highly recommend-Show more This was a great location for visiting Washington DC, very close to the train and the neighborhood felt safe with lots of restaurants and other stores. We didn’t have a car so it was nice to walk to restaurants or pick up a few items at a close little convenience store. We stayed with another couple and it was nice to have two en-suite bathrooms, the beds were comfortable and quality linens/towels. Appreciated the soap in shower and lotion as well as the coffee and waters in the fridge. I would definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Washington DC.Show more
