The space
EastBay Getaway is a stylishly designed, custom home with impeccable interior design with thoughtful touches though-out. The mornings are bright with the Sun passing over in early afternoon. Enjoy being just 4 houses from the beach and water views from the private balcony. The sophistication starts when you enter the front door. Just one flight of stairs and you land on the main floor, an expansive open living, kitchen and dining area create the perfect spot to spend time with family. The main floor also boasts a primary bedroom, king bed and a full bath. The top floors master bedroom's spacious en suite bathroom is custom designed with a neutral palette, a double sink vanity, bathed in sunlight and a spa-like shower and soaker bath tub. Light bathes this brand new completely redesigned residence from 3 sides and the soaring ceilings expand your life. The other bedrooms are outfitted with full size bunk beds and a queen bed. Every bedroom has goose down duvets, bamboo and feather pillows and uber soft sheets. All bathrooms are stocked with Lather bath products and Frette bath towels. Escape to the outside on your private patios overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. Light bathes this brand new completely redesigned residence from 3 sides and the soaring ceilings expand your life. Please Read - Landscaping is schedule for Monday - Wednesday in Norfolk. If you are booked for this property you acknowledge our landscaper will enter the backyard to cut the grass. Trash is scheduled to be picked up 3 days a week, you also acknowledge that our private trash provider will be on site bringing cans out and back in.
Guest access
Our home has a contactless, seamless and easy self check- in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. No request is too big or too small for our team and we strive to make your stay as comfortable and memorable as possible. Don't hesitate to ask.

We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ...
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) Fireworks and fires are illegal in Norfolk and any use of either near the home, on the beach or a the home will be cause for immediate termination of your stay.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
