We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
4) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
5) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.View More

House was spacious for a big group as it is essentially 2 separate 3brd apartments. Very modern and clean. Host was gracious enough to work with us on an earlier check in.
The location is convenient but not quite in the main tourist area, more urban I would say. None the less just take Ubers and you should be fine.
Overall this house worked great for my group!Show more This apartment was perfect for fitting a large group in town for an event. Walkable to public transit with some good bars/restaurants just around the corner! I couldn't tell from the description that the listing is two separate units, one ground level and one above it, but that wasn't a problem for us. The common area space isn't big enough to actually have everyone in the group hang out together, but again, that wasn't something we were looking for with this listing so it was perfect for our needs. I really appreciated the host being communicative ahead of checking in and a big bonus was that there were no clean-up chores to take care of before leaving which made the 11:00 AM check-out a breeze! I would definitely recommend this space for groups looking for a place to crash while spending most of their time out and about in the city!Show more Space was very clean. The kitchen equipment was a bit dated and one piece was not working. They did dispatch a new kettle, but it arrived one day before we left. I Wish the Team had clarified that we did not have the whole house. Or warned us others would be coming in the space. I did request a whole house! Also, Team at Sojourn was very inflexible with checkout time. They outright refused to even let us pay for an extra hour to properly checkout.Show more
