The space
Pets allowed. $75 per pet per week. Pet fee is requested after booking. Each apartment gets two parking spaces. Please request permission for more than 2 cars.
This is an older complex but is a wonderful place to enjoy the Chesapeake Bay.

Our home has a contactless, seamless and easy self check- in. A code will be set for you and shared 8 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. Other things to note
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the non-refundable pet fee is $75 per pet, per week for short term stays. The one time, non-refundable pet fee for long term stays is $450. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) Fireworks are illegal in Norfolk, any use of fireworks is grounds for immediate termination of your stay with no refund.

7) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.View More
Amenities
The apartment unit was worth every cent! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well designed, the kitchen had all sorts of things for their guests (plates, pans, glasses, paper towels), and the living room was very comfortable. Wifi was great and the laundry machines were a nice addition to the unit. The best part of this to myself and the 2 other guests that stayed here was the beach being right next to the apartment unit. It only takes about a minute or 2 to get there on foot and the view and overall feeling was very much worth it! I would for sure recommend this to anybody looking for a place to stay and wouldn't even mind coming back to it myself. (This next statement doesn't necessarily relate to the unit, but it's important to note.) If you're planning on traveling to or past Hampton during your stay, be cautious of traffic on the bridge/tunnel. The tunnel can get backed up pretty easily during certain hours and turn a 10 minute drive into an hr drive.Show more If you're looking for a place close to the beach, easy to find, quiet and comfortable.. look no more!
