The space
This stunning 3-level, 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home offers charming vintage detailing throughout, while providing modern amenities where you’d want them — blending historic brass door hardware and stained glass windows with Sonos-equipped ceiling speakers and soundbars throughout. This home has a living area of 2000 square feet, with huge, original, south facing windows and hardwood floors that allow natural light to flow into living spaces.
Beds are all new, incredibly comfortable, memory foam mattresses, including a king-sized bed, a queen-sized bed, a full-size Murphy bed, and a twin size tri-fold memory foam mattress with sheet set for additional sleeping space.

1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed before check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and your guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without a refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents, and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any damages, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior areas.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

6) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking passes or parking space reservations.
7) There may be times when the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24-hour written notice.
8) The fireplaces in the home and decorative and non-functional.
9) The front patio is for private use of the downstairs tenant only.
10) Guests have full access to the rooftop deck and the back patio.
