For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. If we’d come to ski and brought a group it would have been the perfect place. We were there for a family event so we used it for that. No fun this trip but it’s well equipped and definitely a great location if you’re going to ski the resort at the top of the hill.

We had a very love weekend! Came for a wedding but explored the area a bit too. The bus was wicked convenient with the stop right out front. The beds were so comfortable and the hot tub was relaxing. Nice family room area to chat or play games. Kitchen had everything you’d need and more! Would definitely return, hopefully in the winter next time.Show more This is a very nice home that is well maintained and well located. It is just a very short drive or a modest walk to all of the shops and restaurants. Three floors offers plenty of room to spread out and relax.
