50 feet and toes are in the sand through private beach access! Sojourn welcomes you to this gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach apartment, 1950's building but newly appointed apartment.. This home sleeps 4 with 2 fantastic queen beds, TV's in every room, feather duvets and pillows, a fully appointed kitchen, giga blast wifi and a front deck accessed from the side of the building. We include free Netflix and Hulu for every tv. Please note the deck overlooking the beach is accessed out the front door and is not a direct access onto the balcony. There is no private balcony. Beach chairs and towels are provided. We are pet friendly with a $75 per pet per week fee.
Washer and dryer are free and on the top floor of the building. This is not shared with anyone in the building.
Willoughby Spit is a great neighborhood to check out on foot or bike with water on both sides! Our side contains over 7 miles of uncrowded and awesome beaches with small waves right on the Chesapeake Bay.
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ...
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5.) Fireworks are illegal in DC and are cause for immediate termination of your stay with no refund.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.View More
