2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.

5.) $75 per pet per week
5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.View More

The kitchen is small (like on the picture) but is well equipped (pots, pan, utensils, sharp knives, wind bottle opener…). We cooked a few meals. Keurig coffee was also supplied. It’s true that the bed is low and big staircase to climb to access the apartment (so not for everyone). The AC was working very well (so happy as it was very HOT outside. The place is clean but needs some refresh/renovation (the front door is wably and the counter is old). But I rather have it the way it is now than pay a higher rate. Like I said the place is clean, that’s more important than being new. It’s a charming place and ic I return to Washington, I would check if it is available. The real negative for me was the parking (street parking is only 2hr, and no overnight parking). So I used SpotHero. The neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. After a long day of sightseeing and shopping, it was great to crawl into a very comfortable bed. The linens were clean and comfortable.
