Amenities
Free washer – In building
I highly recommend this rental in the heart of Capitol Hill. It's like a well appointed hotel room for a fraction of what you'd pay anywhere else in this area. Having free laundry facilities just one floor down from the rental was terrific, too
.
The neighborhood's beautiful and historic, and extremely walkable. Within less than 10 blocks, there are lots of great restaurants and bars, a couple live music venues, a natural foods store, and the historic Eastern Market which hosts a weekend outdoor farmers market/craft market.
Within a similarly short distance are a Metrorail station and several Metrobus stops. Once I arrived and found a parking spot less than half a block from the rental, I didn't drive my car again until the day I left except to move it around the corner due to street sweeping. As a former resident of Capitol Hill, I can tell you that a block with easy parking is a great amenity.
Helpful host, tooI I'll definitely stay here again if the opportunity presents itself.Show more Kevin

What a find. We were just minutes on foot from the Capitol Building. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We were able to get up early in the morning, and walk around the neighborhood exploring without any worries. We came back home each day well after dark, and felt safe walking the streets.
There was a local grocer just a few blocks away in one direction, and several places to get meals a few blocks in the other. Quick access to buses, the metro, and you can always find a Lime or Lyft scooter or bike somewhere within a couple of blocks. Not only that, although we didn't take advantage of it, there was a deal between GrubHub and the rental that allowed for free delivery while staying there.
Dunniela was also great. She was very proactive with information that made our check in and check out smooth and easy. When we had questions, she was able to respond quickly and accurately with answers.
Overall, I was impressed with the rental, and would definitely stay here again.Show more Peggy

I had a lovely time at Dunniela's listing. It was perfect for my week-long stay: good size bathroom/shower, very comfortable bed with big TV, usable kitchen, good amount of closet space. Dunniela was also extremely responsive and helpful! I definitely recommend this studio and will most likely be back!Show more
