The two bedrooms are thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. Each room boasts large windows and shades providing a cozy retreat for restful nights. Each bedroom comes with its own renovated en suite bathroom. The bathrooms are a luxurious oasis with modern fixtures, emerald tile, and one features a bathtub-shower combination for a spa-like experience.
This apartment also includes practical amenities such as in-unit laundry facilities, central heating and cooling for year-round comfort, and a queen size sofa bed.
Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. The property is located in the heart of Capitol Hill, a charming and colorful historically famous neighborhood. What started out as an area for members of Congress to live in the late 18th century, has now become Washington DC's largest residential historic district. This apartment is located on a scenic residential street, yet you can walk to dozens of fantastic locally owned restaurants, Starbucks, and grocery stores.
On weekdays, you can stroll to the Supreme Court building or Library of Congress to take a tour of our nation’s most venerable structures, then head to Whole Foods Market to buy some groceries on your way home for dinner. On weekends, you can spend some time perusing Stanton Park after getting a cup of coffee from Jacob’s Coffee House.

1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) This home is not set up for hosting pets, currently.
4) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.

Very walkable place. Was in a quiet neighborhood and very safe. Having 2 br and 2 ba was a game changer. The kitchen was well equipped and living area was serene. The details was apparent to the lotion / toiletries / tissue. Thx for being a great host will definitely come backShow more Christophe
