Upon entering, you step into an airy living room with a modern dining table and beautiful entertainment center. The open-concept living room is the heart of the home, featuring ample natural light. The dining area is joined with the living room and connects to the kitchen, creating a fluid and sociable space for meals and gatherings.
The kitchen is functional and efficient, with basic appliances and sought after amenities including Ninja coffee maker, french press, a gas stove, and a washer and dryer.
Relax in the three bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing separation between the living areas and the sleeping quarters. One of the bedrooms features an en suite bathroom, with a tub/shower combo, for privacy and convenience. Two bedrooms feature flat screen TVs.
The backyard provides space for outdoor activities and parking.

We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2)Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests.
If you are booking a flat for over 30 days, you will be provided with the standard tenant package as required under Virginia law, and be required to acknowledge receipt of the same.
The terms of our Agreement will remain as agreed to on the booking platform, and anything implied under Virginia state law.
Please note that the building has ring cameras monitoring and recording the exterior and common areas of the building at all times. There are absolutely no cameras on or in the interior of any unit.
If you are traveling with a pet please inform your host prior to arrival. Our pet fee is $75 per pet, per week for up to 6 weeks. If you are traveling for longer than 6 weeks please inquire about the Long Term pet fee. Make sure to check the listing details to see if your property is pet friendly.
Our properties require Sojourn to collect the name and picture of government-issued photo ID for each guest. Sojourn, our guests and our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note you will be contacted by
SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. This verification step keeps everyone safe and provides additional insurance on your stay. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
For the comfort of our guests and team members, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted inside or within thirty (30) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke your card can be charged and your security deposit will be forfeited. Sojourn will contact the booking service, terminate your stay and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe, these devices can not record or decipher what you are saying they are only for
monitoring noise. Noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation could be terminated without refund.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period.
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.
* Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads
* Dental Floss
* Q-tips/Cotton Balls
* Diapers
* Pills
* Paper Towels/Tissues or excess toilet paper
Fireworks are illegal in Virginia. If you are found to be engaged in setting off fireworks we are required by the city to immediately terminate your stay. Also If you are found responsible for having started a wildfire or dune fire with fireworks, you may be liable for all suppression and reclamation costs or even face imprisonment and fines.
3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) There is a complimentary Pack and Play and High Chair in the home.
5) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.View More

This place was amazing; comfortable, modern and well-stocked with amenities for my family of 6. They easily accommodated us for an extra day. It is a perfect place if you are navigating around the DMV. We’ll definitely stay again!Show more We arrived around 9ish. It took us twice around the block to spot the white fence. It was covered in weeds. Unlocked the door and it was hot inside. It was 82°, spoke with Sojourn’s. The unit had froze up. Don't know if it was checked out or not. Other than that it was nice inside. There where stores and restaurants and gas stations all over the place too that mad things easy all in all I would recommend this place and I would absolutely stay here againShow more This was a GREAT stay. My family and I felt immediately at home. It was stocked with plenty of toilet paper, linens, and towels in addition to cleaning supplies, toiletries, and dishwater/cookware. If I ever needed to stay in the DC/Bethesda area again, I would definitely stay here again. The immediate area isn’t trendy but it was conveniently located to downtown Alexandria, markets, and restaurants. A car is required to move around but parking on the lot was safe. I 100% recommend this stay!Show more
