The main floor of the row house is designed with warm furnishings, featuring a decorative fireplace. Beautiful windows provide ample daylight and a view of the tree-lined street.
There's a designated area for dining in the kitchen which bring in natural wood elements and compliments the updated, stainless steel appliances. The property is located in the heart of Capitol Hill, a charming and colorful historically famous neighborhood. What started out as an area for members of Congress to live in the late 18th century, has now become Washington DC's largest residential historic district. This apartment is located on a scenic residential street, yet you can walk to dozens of fantastic locally owned restaurants, Starbucks, and grocery stores.
On weekdays, you can stroll to the Supreme Court building or Library of Congress to take a tour of our nation’s most venerable structures, then head to Whole Foods Market to buy some groceries on your way home for dinner. On weekends, you can spend some time perusing Stanton Park after getting a cup of coffee from Jacob’s Coffee House.

2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.

5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
