Amenities
Perfect studio, clean, simple, nice aesthetics w brick walls, affordable price. For some reason when I booked I incorrectly thought it was a shared bathroom, it is not, there is a private bathroom in the studio. And a nice mini kitchen area and workspace. Great place for a work trip and a solid find bc all hotels were booked and absurdly priced that week. Dunniela was really responsive. Thank you!Show more Natasha

We had a very lovely and hospitable stay. It was the perfect amount of space for 1-2 people and had all the amenities we needed to feel comfortable. The studio came with a Brita water filter (which came in handy when we arrived late at night and local convenience stores were closed) and bathroom products of good quality. It was walkable to public transportation and places of interest such as monuments and museums. We chose to rent a car because we were there for an event that was about an hour away but I wouldn't recommend getting a car unless necessary since the area is very walkable and the assigned parking spot was several blocks away from the studio. The neighborhood was safe and in a quiet location. Our host was very communicative and warm. We had a mild concern when we first arrived to the studio because the studio door was unlocked and swung open but after inspecting the area we didn't find anything amiss. All in all, we had a wonderful time at this location!Show more When nearby hotels wanted to charge me 5X for a smaller space, this studio apartment was a luxury better option. I was able to book last minute, was able to pay an affordable additional fee for street parking (right across the street). It was walking distance to Capitol and SCOTUS, and in a gorgeous DC neighborhood (I’m not from DC so I don’t know the city). In the morning I saw locals walking their dogs or going for a jog. The bed was comfortable, kitchen was well equipped and decor was minimalistic but nicely done. I appreciated the extra security of a building door code, on top of the apartment door code. Loved the desk and workspace. Apartment has roll down blinds, making the room nice and dark (and private). Heater worked perfectly. And overall the space was quiet despite it being an older building—not a lot of creaks, etc And because it’s a third floor apartment, it was very quiet as far as ambulaces, sirens, vehicles— none of the usual city noises on might expect.Show more Francisco
