Whether you’re here for a few days or here for good, there’s always something special going on. Weekly and monthly events like the Old Beach Farmer’s Market and Second Saturdays give a taste of the town and bring entertainment and community art projects you can be a part of.
Other things to note
We are looking forward to hosting you but there are a few things you need to do in order to make sure that you, and all of our guests, are safe and that everyone can enjoy their respective stays! This message also includes other useful information about pets, baby gear and parking:
1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.
* Cooking Grease/Food/Coffee grinds should never be poured down any drain, period. ...
* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.
* Baby Wipes/Wet Wipes/Cleaning Pads

* Diapers
* Pills
* Paper Towels/Tissues
*Coffee grounds
* The Parking Passes * You are required to send us a photo of the parking passes being returned before you check out. By booking this home, you agreed that if you leave with the parking pass it is $250 per pass plus any expenses incurred that will inconvenience the next guest.
3) We are happy to provide both a Pack and Play and/or high chair. These must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
4) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.

This townhouse felt very comfortable and upbeat and the Sojourn staff went above and beyond to deal with a serious plumbing problem that arose. As someone else noted, there is no curb appeal, and, in fact, the unit does not have any views except through the sliding glass doors on the third level and from the balcony outside those doors. Also, if steps are an issue for you, note that the unit does have two full flights of stairs, one to the second level bed & bath, and another to the third floor bed & bath. You do feel like you are at the beach, because the decor is so beach-y, and it does not feel cookie-cutter, just very happy. Also, if you want to be in the ViBe district or near the section of the boardwalk near the hotels, this is well-located for you. It also is convenient that there is a nice bathroom on each bedroom level and a half-bath on the living level. It's also very convenient to unpack and repack your car, because the car is parked immediately outside the door.Show more Stephany Lynn

The pictures are exactly what is listed. The beds are comfortable and the bedding is soft and hotel style which is what I love in an Airbnb. The toys and amenities for children were really nice to have too. Close walk to the beach and boardwalk!Show more It was a great place to stay, recommended restaurants were amazing. Had a little trouble getting in the door with the code, but it must have been wifi related. Internet was down due to provider issues, so no movie nights. They refunded some money for the inconvenience, which was very appreciated. they had lots of extra beach chairs and umbrella was nice to have for use. check out was great, and not having to clean up made check out great.Show more
