Please note that there is a 1/2 bathroom on the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms with queen beds and 1 crib. Each floor has 1 full bathroom, giving you two bedrooms sharing a bathroom on each floor. This home is a 3-story walk-up row house with many steps. The master bedroom and living room have TVs. The backyard has a fire-pit and starter logs.

Our home is contactless seamless and easy self check in. A code will be set for you and shared 48 hours before your arrival. At Sojourn we take your happiness and comfort seriously. 1) Our properties are protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that if you book a short-term rental (under 30 days), you will be contacted by SUPERHOG directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
2) Please confirm that you accept the following House Rules and Responsibilities on behalf of yourself and guests. A violation of the House Rules can result in an immediate termination of your reservation without refund.
For the comfort of our guests, residents and members of the Sojourn team, smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of our building or within fifty (50) feet of our building, including outdoor spaces. Should our team or neighbors report the odor of smoke we will contact the booking service, terminate your stay, claim any and all damages, including but not limited to a $500 smoking fee, and post the appropriate review.
Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All Sojourn homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices (decibel readers), your privacy is safe however, noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay and are strictly enforced. In the event we are notified of any excess noise, music, gathering or parties a Sojourn representative will respond and your reservation will be terminated without refund. Please also note that all Sojourn buildings and homes are equipped with some type of exterior camera that records the exterior and common areas to include all entries to the building.
What NOT to Flush Down the Toilet or put down drains or in the garbage disposal - If found that these cause plumbing issues Sojourn can and will charge the guest.

* Feminine Products. Tampons and other feminine hygiene products are not supposed to be flushed down the toilet.

3) If you are booking a flat that allows pets the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. This only applies to pet friendly listings.
4) We are happy to provide a high chair and an additional Pack and Play in addition to the crib already provided. An additional Pack and Play must be reserved in advance and a $25 rental fee will be charged.
5) If you are booking a flat in Washington DC, we have several parking options. Please inquire about advanced parking pass or parking space reservations.
6) There may be times where the home needs unexpected, or scheduled preventative maintenance. While we do our best not to interrupt your stay with us, sometimes this cannot be avoided thus Sojourn reserves the right to gain access to the properties at any time, after providing our guests with 24 hour written notice.
7) There is a 240-volt electric vehicle charging station on site which can be reserved in advance. Guests must bring their own charger. Please inquire about reserving this charging station.View More

Great location, comfortable place to stay.Show more For our family of 6 this was perfect! As we had traveled internationally we asked for an early check in and this was arranged. Communication was super prompt anytime we had a question or needed anything at all. The house was a lovely place to sit and play games in the communal spaces and the beds and pillows were like clouds to lull one to sleep! Great kitchen facilities and easily walkable to everywhere you wish to go! We loved our stay!Show more This place was so convenient and perfect for a couple of friend couples with small kids to have a reunion in DC for a wedding! The rooms were nice and large, the bed mattress a little too soft for us because we like hard mattresses but otherwise everything was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Their refrigerator did not work but they had 4 extra smaller refrigerators for us to store food and drinks. The backyard had too many bugs when we were there for us to enjoy but definitely would have taken advantage of it if we could otherwise. We had a gas leak problem, possibly from the neighbors downstairs, and had very easy communication with the host to get it all sorted out. Would stay again!Show more Clean and exactly as pictured.
